Sales Account Manager

 

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager, who will manage an assigned customer portfolio and will develop new business, with increasing autonomy, after a training period.

In particular, he/she will be responsible for the following activites:
• Business Development:
- Identify and quantify concrete business opportunities;
- Execute sales strategies in agreement with company headquarter;
- Drive technical presentations and conversations with customers;

• Account Management:
- Manage customer relationship;
- Develop contacts at every department and levels of customer organization;
- Manage offers and conduct commercial negotiations;

• Reporting:
- Weekly discussion with the headquarter (CRM).

The necessary requirements are: 
- Degree, preferably in Engineering or Economics;
- Previous experience in Sales, in a manufacturing company, preferably in the automotive industry;
- US Work permit;
- Willingness to travel in US;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Good knowledge of the Office package;
- Basic knowledge of electricals and electronics components;
- Benchmark and price analysis skills;
- Passion for automotive industry.

Personal characteristics of motivation, negotiation, stress management and problem-solving skills complete the profile.

Work location: Elk Grove Village, IL – three days per week in the office and two working remotely
