Molding

Molding departments are responsible for all aspects of products designated for the assembly lines – from the maintenance of molds and presses, through to the management of cross-department processes such as manufacturing engineering and quality.

Stamping

Manufacturing quality is up to the highest standards, with automatic inspection stations equipped with machine vision systems and laser sensors for highly advanced dimensional checks

Assembly

Having different production sites available MTA can manage product assembly strategically: products are assembled at the most appropriate plant depending on the degree of complexity, delivery schedules and costs involved for the customer.

SMT and THT lines

Production of electronic units is carried out in two following steps, SMT and THT, respectively, and makes use of the latest generation of machines in terms of speed and assembly precision, but especially in terms of ability to detect the smallest defects.

Press-Fit

For all new units with printed circuit boards, for many years now MTA has adopted solderless connection technology based on press-fitting a contact into a metalized through-hole in the PCB.

Electronic Assembly & Testing

Electronic units are assembled with mechanical and optical parts on assembly lines designed by MTA, according to maximum ergonomics principles and supervised by monitoring and error proofing systems.
