SALARY CONDITIONS (BRUTTO):
From 1.600 EUR / month (Salary includes the variable part and increases depending on the experience and abilities of the candidate) + yearly bonuses
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsibility for managing customer complaints, for communication of customer problems within the company and external communication with him
- Coordination of customer audits, management of action plans from audits
- Coordination of 8D reports and presentation according to the customer's wishes
- Visiting the customer and coordination of customer visits
- Responsibility for the implementation, management and compliance of quality standards according to IATF 16949 and customer requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education – University degree – technical focus
- English – active, Slovak language – native
- At least 1 year experience in the field of customer quality in automotive as a TIER 1 supplier
- Knowledge of PFMEA, CP, 5WHY, Ishikawa, Pareto, CSR
- Technical thinking, work with drawing documentation
- Willingness to travel
- Good presentation skills
