Customer Quality Engineer

 

MTA S.p.A is looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to joint the team for the plant based in Kenitra.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main contact for customers and quality residents in case of alerts or incidents.
• Ensure quick response and implementation of containment actions (sorting/inspection if necessary).
• Manage customer incidents and respond through customer portals according to required methodologies.
• Analyze warranty returns and provide formal responses within required deadlines.
• Lead weekly reviews of customer incidents and monitor action plans.
• Prepare initial sample documentation (PSW, PPAP, etc.) during product/process changes.
• Manage internal non-conformities and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Conduct process audits according to LPA, VDA, and FIEV standards.
• Support the Product Quality team during project phases.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and support customer audits.

Profile Required:
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and automotive standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with customers.
