The role will be responsible for:
- Coordinating, developing and monitoring viable engineering studies for opportunities for new products and improvements, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, aiming to meet the expectations of external and internal customers and the department's goals.
- Monitoring project schedule, financial health of individual projects and quality of execution.
Main requirements:
- Degree: Electrical, Electronic Engineering or similar;
- MBA or Post Graduation in Engineering related Topics or Business;
- Fluent English language;
- Experience in working/coordinating new projects with different Global OEMs;
- R&D Experience for Electrical components in the Automotive industry;
- Preferable knowledge of CREO Software or similar;
- Experience in Electrical Power Distribution Units (PDUs), Connectors and Terminals development for the Automotive industry.
