MTA S.p.A is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the team in Arujà.
Job Summary:
Responsible for executing the commercial strategy and managing the sales processes for both existing and new customer portfolios. This includes promoting the sale of catalog and customized products, with the objective of increasing MTA Brasil’s business volume while maintaining current commercial agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing current accounts,
- Developing new business opportunities,
- Defining and executing business plans,
- Ensuring pricing and margin strategies,
- Providing internal support across departments and leading team management activities, including hiring, approvals, performance actions, and terminations.
Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering)
• Postgraduate education required
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar position
Courses / Skills:
• English (mandatory)
• Leadership
• Financial knowledge
