You will be responsible for ensuring excellence in stamping processes, making sure each stage of production meets the company’s quality standards.
What you will do:
- Prepare and execute process documentation;
- Perform line release and setups;
- Monitor layered audits, statistical studies, and MSA analyses;
- Act quickly in handling nonconformities, proposing improvements;
- Track quality indicators (releases, inspections, deviations, and response times);
- Validate trainings and corrective actions;
- Support and follow up on action plans, ensuring assigned responsibilities and defined deadlines;
- Conduct internal deviation controls and containment spreadsheets.
Requirements:
- Technical degree in Quality or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields;
- Proven experience in stamping;
- Knowledge of audits, applied statistics, MSA, and quality tools;
- Analytical, organized profile with strong problem-solving and quick response skills.
