Location: Arujá – SP
Job Summary:
Responsible for the development of new stamping processes (tryout and pilot lots), continuous improvement initiatives, cycle time reduction, technical support to production, and process documentation. Will also be involved in equipment acquisition, supplier development, layout design, PFMEA preparation, and technical training.
Key Responsibilities:
Die setup, testing, and process validation;
Implementation of improvements (SMED, CPK/CMK, SMAD);
Development of suppliers and packaging;
Creation of FMEA, flowcharts, and technical procedures;
Technical support for production and new tool development;
Coordination of die modifications with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Technical or higher education in Process, Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in the field
- Knowledge of stamping processes and computer skills
- Intermediate English
