We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager.
The role will be responsible:
• Manage all activities within the Finance and Controlling department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and collections, treasury, cash management, accounting, invoicing, audits, and fiscal and internal inventories.
• Oversee the company’s financial resources, ensuring proper allocation through analysis of financial statements, expense forecasting, and adherence to corporate policies.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date financial and accounting statements, ensuring compliance with current legislation and MTA Group standards.
• Report financial results both locally and to the headquarters, in accordance with accounting principles and internal policies.
• Establish and implement internal control policies and procedures, promoting efficiency and continuous improvement in financial and administrative operations.
• Ensure the integrity of accounting information, as well as the proper maintenance and filing of documents and fiscal records.
• Oversee balance updates, collections, and credit recovery processes, ensuring the company’s financial health.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of information systems within the administrative and financial areas, providing technical and strategic support.
Requirements
Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration is required
Experience Required:
• Proven experience in managing a financial department.
• Experience with SAP ERP system.
• Microsoft Office (advanced level is considered a plus).
• Advanced English proficiency.
