JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring the maintenance of buildings and the maintenance of the company premises, checking the technical condition and ensuring the functionality of the technological equipment of buildings and outdoor spaces
- Creating a plan for preventive maintenance/inspections of buildings and premises, checking their fulfillment, preparing annual budget investments and expenses
- Monitoring legal requirements regarding classified technical equipment, buildings and company area, security system and implementing their internal fulfillment
- Management of external suppliers of regular services for buildings and area such as security service, cleaning service, gardening service and others, management of company car park
- Managing projects related to new buildings or reconstruction of existing buildings
- Management and assessment of the plant's operational maintenance team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education – Secondary school – technical focus advantage
- English – active, Slovak language – native, Italian - advantage
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position in the field of facility management, orientation in legal requirements in the given field
- Good orientation in technical documentation and general technical knowledge
- Ability to recognize and solve problems, willingness to learn new things
SALARY CONDITIONS (BRUTTO):
From 1.700 EUR / month (Salary includes the variable part and increases depending on the experience and abilities of the candidate) + yearly bonuses
