As part of the reinforcement of our Supply Chain operations, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist (Inventory Analyst) to lead physical inventory accuracy, support warehouse efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across all inventory-related processes.
You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, stock optimization, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Leading daily/weekly cycle counting programs and full physical inventory audits across all storage locations.
• Investigating and reconciling inventory discrepancies; driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Processing real-time material transactions (issues, transfers, adjustments, scrapping) within ERP/WMS systems to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
• Performing targeted audits on high-value or high-risk items to prevent disruptions.
• Organizing and continuously improving warehouse layout and bin location management for optimal space and flow.
• Enforcing FIFO and other rotation strategies to reduce waste, obsolescence, and ensure shelf-life compliance.
• Managing obsolete, damaged, or slow-moving stock through appropriate disposition (scrap, return, or re-use).
• Generating and analyzing inventory KPIs and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborating with procurement to align stock levels with actual demand, avoiding excess or shortages.
• Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all inventory-related processes.
• Ensuring all stock, especially Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT), is handled in full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Technical Skills (Hard Skills):
• ERP/WMS Proficiency: Expert command of ERP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) for monitoring inventory levels, updating records, and processing material flows.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Advanced ability to analyze stock data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies.
• High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) for preparing cycle count reports and analysis.
• Inventory Methodologies: Deep understanding and strict application of inventory control methods.
• Expertise in executing and reconciling cycle counting and physical inventory audits.
• Strict adherence to FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures…etc
• Material Flow & Traceability: Knowledge of warehousing operations, material handling procedures, and safety standards.
• Ensuring complete traceability and correct labeling of all materials from receipt to shipment.
• Ability to effectively signal shortages and overstock risks to the Procurement/Purchasing department.

Experience & Profile:
• Bachelor's (BAC+3) or Master's (BAC+5) degree, typically in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Management.
• Experience +/-4 years of confirmed experience in inventory, excess & obsolete management, logistics, or warehousing roles.
• SAP/WMS is mandatory.
