We are looking for a motivated engineer to contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will apply Lean principles and gain hands-on experience in real projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and help eliminate waste in production processes.
• Participate in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to analyze flows and propose improvements.
• Support Kaizen initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in the implementation and follow-up of 5S practices.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized work.
• Participate in SMED projects to reduce changeover times.
Requirements:
• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering (or equivalent).
• Initial experience or internship in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean tools: Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
