We are looking for a Molding Engineer - Electrical Engineering
The role will be responsible:
• Work in the Tooling area, controlling action plans and processes;
• Carry out analysis, design and monitor the creation of plastic molds, respecting the schedule;
• Creates budgets with suppliers and creates a schedule so that deadlines are met;
• Feasibility analysis of new projects;
• Definition of specification, to request new quotations for molds and stamps (RFQ);
• Initial PFMEA and updates;
• Development of new molds and gauge;
• Development of new mold and stamping suppliers;
• Monitoring and releasing mold and stamping projects with suppliers;
• Monitoring the manufacturing of molds and prints;
• Monitoring of tryouts until release to production;
• Manage documents and drawings related to molds and stamps;
• Definition of the maintenance plan and list of spare parts;
• Assessment and assistance in the maintenance of molds and stamps at external suppliers.
Main requirements:
• Degreee: Engineering/Technician Mechanical or similar;
• Experience in Mold Project;
• Desirable knowledge in Mold Flow;
• Intermadiate English language level;
• Experience in PFMEA;
• Desirable knowledge in SAP.
