Electrical Customer Service Specialist

 

MTA Brasil is looking for an Electrical Customer Service Specialist strengthen our team and ensure smooth import and export operations always focused on logistics excellence, compliance, and customer service.

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with international delivery schedules
- Issue export documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin
- Analyze and register supplier documentation in SISCOSERV
- Monitor customs clearance and special customs regimes
- Request freight quotes and manage international freight service providers
- Issue invoices for the nationalization of imported goods
- Act as a liaison between the Tax, Accounting, Logistics, and Customer departments

In addition, this role will be responsible for keeping information flows updated in the ERP system and ensuring that our national and international clients receive exactly what they need — on time and with clear, direct communication that defines us.

What we’re looking for:
- Degree in International Trade or related fields such as Logistics, Business Administration, or Process Engineering
- Solid experience in international trade
- Knowledge of customs clearance, SISCOSERV application and fundamentals
- Strong organizational skills, systemic thinking, and analytical ability
- Clear communication and customer-focused mindset
- English: minimum intermediate level required
