Job Title: Electrical Manufacturing Engineer
Department: Manufacturing Engineering
Location: Kenitra, Morocco
Key Responsibilities:
• Documentation & Design: Develop technical documentation for new projects and update AMDE/PFMEA during product development.
• Process Control: Define process parameters using SPC and Design of Experiments (DOE) for assembly lines.
• Technical Management: Manage tightening programs and camera tasks for assembly lines; create and manage work centers in SAP.
• Validation: Validate new assembly lines according to MTA specifications via R@R protocols.
• Optimization: Organize production activities to meet cycle time objectives and maintain an up-to-date plant layout.
• Compliance: Implement technical modifications and Group standards in accordance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
• Continuous Improvement: Develop technical solutions to reduce defects and improve detection/occurrence rates.
Requirements:
• Education: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Automotive sector; strong knowledge of SAP.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar design tools.
o Advanced mastery of Excel/VBA for process analysis.
o Strong grasp of problem-solving tools and technical documentation (PFMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Expertise: Knowledge of automation, process control, and metallurgy (electricity/electronics).
• Languages: Good communication skills in both English and French.
• Soft Skills: Dynamic, rigorous, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
