Lean Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Improving production processes using lean tools
- Implementation and maintenance of 5S throughout the company, 5S trainings
- Administration and management of LPA audits
- Use of SMED, VSM as a tool to reduce production costs
- Measurement of production cycles and work balancing

REQUIREMENTS:
- Education – Secondary school/University degree – technical focus
- English – active, Slovak language - native
- At least 1 year experience on a similar position in manufacturing company
- Good knowledge of LEAN in the production process, KAIZEN, 5S, LPA, TPM, knowledge of work standardization
- Ability to find new solutions and improve existing processes
- Good problem-solving ability in multifunctional teams

SALARY CONDITIONS (BRUTTO): 
From 1.700 EUR / month (Salary includes the variable part and increases depending on the experience and abilities of the candidate)
