MTA among Italy’s best employers according to the “Italy’s Best Employers 2026” ranking

We are proud to announce that MTA has been included in the Italy’s Best Employers 2026 ranking, which recognizes the 450 Italian companies considered the best places to work.

Now in its seventh edition and produced in collaboration with Corriere della Sera, the ranking is based on an independent survey conducted among a large sample of 20,000 employees across Italy. Participants evaluated both their own employer and other companies within their industry, providing authentic and representative feedback on the Italian job market.

For this edition, more than 5,000 companies were assessed, with the top 450 selected and grouped into 20 sectors, ranked according to the scores achieved. To be eligible, companies must have at least 250 employees and be headquartered in Italy.

Being recognized among the best employers is a great source of pride for MTA and confirms our ongoing commitment to fostering a stimulating, inclusive, and people-oriented work environment.
