We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, who are the world's largest car, motorcycle, agricultural and heavy duty manufacturers.
• Handle of incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails concerning deliveries, stock checks and orders;
• Process orders in SAP system and handle our customers follow-up (shipment, invoices, etc.);
• Update information in SAP system (forecasts, data of customers / vendors, etc.).
• Excellent computer skills required;
• Fluent English knowledge;
• Knowledge of SAP system;
• Able to communicate with customers;
• Problem solving skills;
• Detail oriented and organized.
