Job Title: Quality Engineer

Location: Kenitra, Morocco
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure handover and coordination with Quality Technicians.
• Manage the Quality Technicians team.
• Monitor EOL/FW operators.
• Analyze internal complaints using the QRQC Level 2 approach.
• Ensure compliance with standards and specifications according to IATF, ISO, Customer Specs, and the MTA QMS.
• Participate in ramp-up activities.
• Validate and create control instructions in line with the control plan.
• Participate in PFMEA workshops.
• Manage quality elements during the R&R phase for new projects.
• Create and update control plans with the Product Quality team.
• Validate dummy parts and create dummy instructions.
• Intervene quickly on non-compliant processes/products to ensure quality standards and eliminate root causes of inaccuracies.
• Stop production in case of insufficient quality assurance or inappropriate materials.
• Conduct MSA and SPC studies.
• Follow up on internal action plans.
• Manage customer complaints using the 8D approach.
• Conduct process and product audits.
• Audit manufacturing processes according to LPA, VDA, and FIEV references.
• Monitor KPIs.
• Participate in and support customer and certification audits.
Requirements:
- Education: Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or in a similar position.
- Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Core Tools.
• Customer complaint management.
• Project management.
• Non-conforming product management.
• Mastery of audits: Product, Process, Customer, and Certification Body audits.
