About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and authoritative Senior IPQ Leader to rebuild, structure, and lead the in-process quality function. This is a critical leadership role requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to enforce discipline, standards, and a quality-driven mindset across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Quality Leadership
• Lead and manage In-Process Quality (IPQ) across production lines
• Establish and enforce quality standards, controls, and best practices
• Drive QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) routines and ensure their effectiveness
• Ensure structured and sustainable problem-solving methodologies (8D, PDCA, root cause analysis)
Process Expertise
• Oversee quality in assembly processes and injection moulding / plastic processes
• Ensure full understanding and control of process variability and defects
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve process capability
Team Management
• Lead, coach, and develop the IPQ team
• Create a high-performance culture based on accountability and discipline
• Reinforce clear roles, responsibilities, and reporting structure
Transformation & Structuring
• Rebuild IPQ structure (organization, roles, processes)
• Reinforce shopfloor discipline and compliance
• Recreate a strong "quality identity" within the organization
• Implement clear standards, escalation rules, and KPIs
Requirements:
Experience
• Minimum 8–10+ years in quality roles within an industrial / manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in assembly operations and moulding / plastics processes
• Demonstrated track record in team leadership and transformation roles
Leadership & Behavioral Skills (Critical)
• Strong leadership presence and authority mindset (non-negotiable)
• Ability to challenge teams and enforce discipline
• High resilience and ability to operate in transformation / crisis environments
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence skills
