MTA won the TOP JOB award

MTA is among the winners of the TOP JOB - ITALY´S BEST EMPLOYERS 2021/2022, one of the main research on employers in Italy, carried out by the German Quality Institute ITQF and its media partner La Repubblica Affari & Finanza.

Through the innovative method of social listening, the research analyzed over 1 million citations online about 2000 employers and declared the 300 winning companies for the score obtained in 27 aspects, including working conditions and environment, prospects for growth and professional development, sustainability and corporate values.
