Since 1999 MTA Polska has been located in the flourishing city of Bielsko-Biala in mid-Southern Poland. The plant was founded with the objective of riding the expected wave of economic expansion in Eastern Europe. Equipped with its own Technical Sales Office, MTA Polska enjoys its geographical location close to a number of industrial plants at the heart of the Polish Economy including its main customers.

In 2003, ELTEM was founded specializing in the production of earth-moving equipment and agricultural machine cabling. Thanks to the excellent geographical location, it is able to take advantage of all of the opportunities that arise in the neighboring Russian market.
