In MTA Research & Developement Center, highly qualified personnel can count on sophisticated laboratories to perform their work. In this Center more than 40.000 hours/year are spent to harshly test every aspect of the work: the design, its critical points, the prototypes, the final product, and the entire production process.

MTA’s tools and dies workshop boasts 40 years of experience in making plastic molds, progressive blanking dies and tools. It takes advantage of technologically advanced machinery and highly qualified human resources so that each solution is perfectly matched to the specifications given by the customer. MTA’s tools and dies workshop is able to perform high tech processing in order to satisfy even the most demanding requests. The insertion of new high tech machine tools in the past few years has led to an enormous leap in quality for the department, succeeding in guaranteeing respect for ever tighter delivery times.
