These units contain complex algorithms running on state-of-the-art hardware and software architectures, they are also capable of managing advanced sensor data and specifically drive power actuators accordingly. Algorithms are tuned according to customer specifications, often with their direct contribution. Where necessary, functional safety standards are applied following rigorous ISO guidelines.
